TEMPORARY PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
With the current global crisis, we have temporarily changed our payment terms and conditions until further notice.
A 20% deposit will still be required for bookings, as per our current terms & conditions, but, during these uncertain times, deposits will be refundable in full should visitors not be able to use their booking due to travel restrictions, health guidance, cancelled flights or health reasons.
Any guest who has an existing booking with us can change the dates of their booking (subject to availability) to any future date, up to the end of 2022. Changes will be held at the price agreed at the time of the original booking for similar dates. Depending on the global situation, future dates may be subject to our normal terms and conditions.
During the current uncertainties, all current and future bookings will only require a final payment to be made 7 days before the start date of a stay at Huerta Pequeña.
For guests that have already made their payment in full, our refund policy has temporarily changed to give full refunds including deposits due to travel restrictions, health guidance, cancelled flights or health reasons.
We will continue to review our payment terms and conditions during this unprecedented period and update this page accordingly.
